Champions League Registration is Open
A long-standing tradition at Dalkey United (going back over 30 years) is growing this year to include more age groups and stretching play over 2 days. This year’s celebration of football is open for birth years 2010 to 2017, and will be staged over the May bank holiday weekend. This will also be opened up to non-members on 20 March. Speaking of Camps….. Summer Camps
Hyde Park will once again be busy with a full slate of summer camps. We’re also planning for a special girls only sessions with female coaches. Registration will open in April.
Quiz Night at RIYC
Friday, 28 April, our U14 girls team will be hosting a quiz night to support their upcoming trip to Barcelona at the Royal Irish Yacht Club. It’s bound to be a fun and entertaining night out. Get your quizmates ready and Register for a table.
Highlighting a few of our Teams
- Our U14 Girls team is into the SFAI Trophy Quarterfinals. This national tournament has already seen the girls rack up multiple wins around Dublin, a win in Kilkenny, and another win in Cork.
- Our Seniors are in the Semifinal of the Dalton Cup on the 19th of March away vs Marks Celtic
- Our U17 team are top of table with a recent 0-1 win at Leixlip and remain unbeaten this season. They are also into the Quarterfinals of their League Cup. Well done Des North and team.
- Our U15 Sunday 1 team recently went top of the highest Sunday division, after a string of unbeaten games dating back to September. They also had a 4-0 win in the cup against Cabo, which sees them progress to the quarter finals. Keep up the good work boys.
